1. About us

Qoryx AI is a digital workforce optimisation, compliance, and scheduling platform developed and operated by TSoul Consulting Limited (trading as Qoryx AI), a company registered in England and Wales.

We provide software that helps care organisations and self-employed professionals verify credentials, match, schedule, and manage care appointments, compliance, and workforce availability. Qoryx is a technology platform only. We do not employ, manage, supervise, or provide care services ourselves.

These terms apply to anyone who uses the Qoryx website, mobile applications, or related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: the Qoryx website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services.
  • Professional: a self-employed individual or organisation offering care services.
  • Patient / Client: an individual or family seeking or booking services.
  • Organisation: an entity using Qoryx for workforce management, rostering, or compliance.
  • User: any person or organisation accessing the platform.
  • Services: verification, matching, scheduling, communications, compliance tracking, analytics, and optimisation tools.
  • Attendance Confidence: a system-generated indicator based on historical attendance patterns, provided for guidance only.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

4. Our role

Qoryx provides a platform supporting matching, scheduling, and workforce optimisation. We are not a healthcare provider or employer. Any contract for services is between the professional and the client or organisation.

5. Accounts and verification

Users must keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. Professionals must complete verification including identity checks, registrations, insurance, DBS, and right-to-work confirmation.

6. Professional responsibilities

Professionals must comply with laws, maintain credentials, take responsibility for services, treat clients respectfully, and cooperate with safeguarding processes.

7. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, use the platform appropriately, treat professionals respectfully, and understand Qoryx does not provide emergency services.

8. Organisational responsibilities

Organisations must authorise users, maintain accurate workforce data, comply with law, and report safeguarding concerns.

9. Payments

Qoryx charges subscription fees for premium and enterprise features. We do not handle payments between clients and professionals.

10. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform or breach laws. Automated access is prohibited except where expressly permitted, including authorised API use.

11. Intellectual property

All platform IP belongs to Qoryx or its licensors. Users grant a limited licence for submitted content.

12. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use and protect your information and to learn about your rights.

13. Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Qoryx is not liable for third-party actions or indirect losses.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, or legal reasons.

15. Changes

We may update these terms with notice for material changes.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
